Or is it "act" and you shall receive?  Sort of one and the same, if you ask me.

It was a good week, as you can see.  Balanced, happy, and healthy.  One of the most common questions from WW newbies is whether or not to use all those extra points.  I always use a lot of the flex points and APs I earn every week, so this was no exception.  Some weeks it's a little bit everyday, some weeks (like this one) the flexies are gone by the end of the weekend.  It's what works for my body.  I'm sure my results would be faster if I cut back on some of that (maybe?) but this is the best possible method for me.  Using those points is what makes this livable for the long term.  Lose it how you'll live it, right?

I've started this new thing as well with my running.  I am still deep in the throes of C210k (cycle 7, to be exact) and averaging 4-5 miles per workout.  At the end of the week, I move a dollar per mile to my savings, aka the Louis Fund. At the end of the month, I also move a dollar for every loss.  Little by little, friends.
The Carrot.  A bag named "Speedy" is an apt reward for running  many miles, no?
