Never, ever doubt that those little bitty losses count for something. They add up. It won't happen overnight, but it's happening anyway. I know I am not the only slow loser out there!
You're doing awesome! My losses are kind of... stuck, at the moment. lose .4, gain .3, so on and so forth, but I'm also on plan only 90% of the time and since I managed to screw my knee up, not getting APs. We'll get there!
Its taken me since January 2010 to lose 39 lbs and 27 inches. A slow loss is better than nothing! Besides I don't feel like I've given up anything in order to get where I am so that makes it even better. Congrats on your loss!
