It was a back-on-track sort of week. It's just been hard lately. Lots of back and forth and excuses, but this week was better. More exercise, less take-out. You know the drill.
I am inching back to my low point, so close to the next decade and 10 pounds it hurrrrrts. You have no idea how badly I want to get there, and soon.
Also, I haven't run in 2 weeks. Oops.
