This was a haphazard group that walked over to the quad together from the dorm we all shared for the annual freshmen walk-through-the-Columns celebration that kicks off each school year. I had no idea then that the girl in the plaid shorts would become one of my very best friends, much less that the boy in the white hat behind me would become my husband.
A lot can happen in a decade.

ReplyDeleteThis just gave me goosebumps! I'm trying to tell from the look on his face if he is in love with you in this picture :) Doesn't really tell me much, though...
ReplyDeleteAccording to the Mr, he had spotted me just before this photo and asked another friend (the one to the right of me) "oh, who's THAT girl?" that friend, who I went to high school with, introduced us.
