Ouch.
I can't say I am surprised. I was terrible at WW this week. I kind of faked my way through it, and this is the result. Points+ seems to have much less room for error than other plans, which most of the time doesn't matter when I am OP, but man. Slack off a little bit and BAM. Of course, the beer and froyo I had the night before the meeting probably didn't help either. Oooops.
I tried a new meeting this week and really liked it. The leader is really dynamic and funny. The group is active and contributes. The receptionist was helpful and supportive with my gain, reminding me that a gain is just this week and doesn't have to be next week if I don't want it to. It's a little further from home, but it seems like a good fit for now - especially considering a friend from work wants to go with me. A buddy is always fantastic.
I start bootcamp Monday morning. Bright and brutally early. Alarm is set for 5AM. It's going to be a long eight weeks.

I had a gain this week as well even though I didn't track it. I decided this weekend was my weekend off from tracking or WW in general. I didn't want to worry about what I was eating and drinking. From the looks of the scale I was up about 2 lbs but I also had margaritas the night before so that could have something to do with it. It happens but knowing when to get back on track is what matters most.
