Monday morning Resolutions.




Goals for the week...

10k steps a day
Drink/track 100 oz water
Clean out one drawer or closet
Complete daily cleaning tasks
Wake up 30 minutes earlier

  1. I'm with you on the 1st 2 as well. I just can't seem to get over 7k a day. I don't get it - I live in NYC - we walk EVERYWHERE!

    My Nalgene bottle helps a lot with the water too. Mine's a 32oz so I figure if I fill it at least 4x's while I'm at work, I should be ok. :)

    1. I've noticed that I typically have 3-4k in a normal work day, and by the time I do a workout and normal evening chores, I barely hit 8k. It ALWAYS takes at least a 30 minute walk to get there.
