On the Weigh: Resolute.

Ah the New Year. While I've purposefully not made any specific resolutions this year, I'm still happy to be back in track after the last two weeks of holiday celebration. All in all, I ended up maintaining over the course of the holidays. I really can't complain about that. It's nice to get rid of most of that holiday puff pretty much immediately.

I really enjoy the focus people have this time of year regarding health and fitness. I'm a resolution band waggoner, and I'll be tagging along with everyone else. I joined a Diet Bet with some online friends, and my five-week boot camp starts next week. Both will be a nice little push to start the year out right.
